If you have both JunkMail and Virus are you able to block/delete an
incoming mail message if the attachment had a virus? Actually do you
need JunkMail at all in this condition?

No. That's a function of Declude Virus. It will scan an E-mail, and if a virus is detected, it will either quarantine it or delete it. Declude JunkMail is not required in this situation.
