No it is not the last line of the file!
In that case, the next step would be to double-check all settings (such as making sure that the paths are correct, no typos, etc.).
If that doesn't explain the problem, you can use LOGLEVEL DEBUG, and send the results to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and we can see what is happening.
