Not sure about Outlook.
Outlook Express cuts off most headers if you use the Forward icon. Instead, select Message from the top-level menu and then select Forward As Attachment. The forwarded email will have all the headers intact.

Anyone have any ideas how to give challenged users a really easy way to get the headers out of Outlook or Outlook express and forward them to my spam account? As soon as I start talking to most of them about right clicking, copying, pasting etc they get this strange blank look on their face...
Also I thought a "report spam" button on the IMAIL web interface that would copy the full headers, and forward them and the e-mail to a pre-determined address wouldn't be to hard, anyone have anything like this? Or any suggestions on how to get the headers from spam that gets through the all the filters?
Thanks -
Marc
