Hi Dave, I'm in Upper Saddle River and wouldn't mind helping out. We could easily accommodate the bandwidth on our T3 and T1s - but rack space is tight. (You'll probably looking for some 30 amps service?)
If you already have a lead for a larger facility, then check them out first. I have about a dozen servers to move, all but three rackmounted, and we use about 1.5mbps at peak during the day. At the moment, I'm thinking of a temporary home for a month or so, but we could make it permanent for the right location and price.
