Hi, Till now I was using the following thing with Imail:
DNS Records: ---------- mydomain.com A myIP mail.mydomain.com A myIP mydomain.com MX 10 mail.mydomain.com ---------- and in Imail: ---------- Official Host Name: mail.mydomain.com Host Aliases: mydomain.com ---------- And my users were using: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Now I have changed to SmarterMail and having realized the automatic conversion creates the domains like mail.mydomain.com and one alias domain with mydomain.com. But I have verified that it works perfectly if I eliminate the alias and rename the domain to mydomain.com. 1) Can I have some problem if I rename the domain? 2) Have I to modify some record of the DNS? 3) There is some another better form? 4) How do they do it?
