I think we need to stop jumping to conclusions and wait for an official response from Declude (which should have already happened.)
I have a feeling that the $1450 for a new license and not for a renewal SA. If that is the case, some one from Declude needs to clarify this on the web site stating that it is a new purchase, not an annual subscription. I say this as I can log on to my account and purchase an SA at the $300 something price.
