Let's give them time to respond.  I'm sure they understand the need to come
back with reasonable pricing on SAs and upgrades.

Declude can't be serious. This pricing is ridiculous. We turned to Declude
because we needed an affordable anti-spam and virus solution. Declude is not
IPSwitch and should not strive to be IPSwitch. IPSwitch lost many customers
over its price restructuring and Declude will see the same thing if this
issue is not addressed.
