We have experienced the same issue - as of 1.30pm friday our
declude just stopped working; all attempts to restart it are not
working - we've rebooted, re-installed, etc.
We did just renew our SA with declude at 12.30pm yesterday; I'm
wondering if that has anything to do with it.

left a voice mail on your support line
