Oh, and one more thing...

If you allow non-mail server port 25 traffic to be sent from within your network, you either want to block that entirely, or ensure that it doesn't go out from the same IP address as your mail server. I have seen many of my clients end up on lists like XBL because of an infected desktop that was NAT'ed to be sent from the same IP as their mail server.
