No there is not. If you want to blacklist I would suggest using your mail server functionality to do this as the earlier you can stop a message the better. Secondly if you really want Declude to do this you can see the section "Your own sender blacklists" in the online manual http://www.declude.com/searchresults.asp?Cat=109
