[NOTE: Your mail server is missing a reverse DNS entry. All Internet hosts are required to have a reverse DNS entry. The missing reverse DNS entry will cause your mail to be treated as spam on some servers, such as AOL.] We are using Trend's pcscan, and it works great. One exception. Still have not figured out how to get declude to pull the virus info correctly from the report text file generated from pcscan. Seems that pcscan constructs the data in the log in reverse of all the other scanners. Anyone else using pcscan run into this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only difference as far as Declude is concerned is that the Windows version also includes automatic updates of virus definitions (if a user is logged on to the server), which is handy. The DOS version can be updated automatically using a batch file (one is listed at http://www.declude.com/tools ).
