I attempted to duplicate the problem by getting this user to have their system generate another message the same way but it was delivered without problem, so I don't have a message for you to look at. I asked if the programmer in question had changed anything, but they stated that he did not. So I guess we'll never know, but I suspect that he found the problem and fixed it without letting us know.
