I have DELETEVIRUSES ON in the cfg file. If this is the case, then
F-Prot is missing a ton of Bagle-Gen.1 viruses or can't "see" in the
ZIPS, which is about 98% of the held files. I manually scan with Trend
Micro, which catches them.

With DELETEVIRUSES ON, the only E-mails that are kept are ones where no virus was detected (but the E-mails were blocked due to a banned file extension, vulnerability, etc.).

"Bagle.gen" in a virus name from McAfee (and presumably Trend as well) indicates a generic Bagle rule, where the virus scanner didn't detect Bagle, but thinks that it is probably Bagle. So they could be bounce messages, for example, which commonly contain corrupt, non-viable variants.
