When they aren't that important, it's sometimes better to make full backups not too often. When they are very important, it's sometimes better to make full backups very often. -Sometimes to many full backups take to much space. If you backup your files somewhere on the internet, your space is often limited. Maybe we should make a dialog with advanced options, and change 'automatic' to 'automatic (recommended)'. So users will only change it if they know what they are doing.
