I have an MDI application. On a child form I have a TActionList, a
TActionManager and two TActionToolBars. There are various other
controls including a TMemo.

If I type something into the TMemo and then hit one of the buttons on a
TActionToolBar, the buttons's associated Action's OnExecute event fires
before the TMemo's OnExit.

This seems very odd to me. There is a note at the bottom of the
TWinControl OnExit help which says "In some control classes the
ActiveControl property updates before the OnExit event occurs". Is what
I'm seeing a demonstration of that? It's one thing for the ActionToolBar
to become the ActiveControl but firing the OnExecute seems quite another.

Can anyone throw any light on this?

Regards
Dave
