I do have all 3 fixes. It is really the strangest behavior. Simply minimizing the window and then bringing it back appears to dump a bunch of the memory. By cycling through that, the memory usage can drop from 900M to 21M. do it a few times, however, and it gets really unstable.
Some nice features, but I AM NOT IMPRESSED, BORLAND!
