[delphi-en] Looking for CompDiff for Delphi

The last version I saw was, I think, 1.1. I used it in Delphi 7 long
ago. For those unfamiliar with the tool, it would do a side-by-side
comparison of two components dropped into it from the IDE. Differences
were highlighted in red. I will seriously consider an alternative tool
that does the same thing.
