Thanks, Glenn. I know that windiff can be downloaded from Grig Soft ( http://www.grigsoft.com/download-windiff.htm ) but what I am trying to relocate is an expert that was run from the Delphi IDE. After opening CompDiff from the menu, two similar components could be dropped into its window and the differences in attributes were displayed. Don
