Hi All Does anyone know how to access print jobs local and on Network printers, stop the jobs from printing then look at the job and see if its been printed again.
Some times we get students keep pressing the print button, and because it don't come out straight away they press it again and again Then all of a sudden you get 5 pages come out, but they only want 1 of them So we end up with waste paper, Can we look at the jobs and find the jobs in the queue and if they are exact then do not print them; maybe even delete them if they are from the same user and the same job Even by looking at the contents or the size or the total characters in the document etc. Thanks Steve Riley [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
