[delphi-en] Magnetic card

First of all I"m really sorry about miss understanding of my question, actually 
what I mean is I wanna save my customer data to a magnetic card that I can use 
for my store, so they can buy without pay, just like a credit card . the card 
also save all transaction and how much money still have.  I hope there still 
any one that can help my case.
