Yes I am sure D4 makes it easier.
I got this book on Delphi, and it had sections on COM and ActiveX creation.
It showed how D2 made COM and ActiveX objects, i.e. the code you had to do,
then it showed how easy it was in D3, so I assume that D4 is easier
again.....
