What about installing a new version of ie, if you have the room, to replace
the core .dlls

Thanks for your comment. I couldn't find the download URL on
MSDN, so I tried copying across a DLL from NT, but it wasn't
compatible with Win95, alas. So I've paused on the effort, for
now, until I can get hold of the right Win95 version.
