Very true, but MS (and McD's and BK) would make MORE money - and not
have everyone hating them so much - if their software was somewhat
intelligent to use, tho didn't require a PhD to use. 

MS is not the only one. Netscape (4.6) is another prime example of a
piece-of-crap design. Its very functional, but it leaves a lot to be
desired in usability.
