I love my internet here in Japan . 100mbit (up and down) uncapped over fiber optic and I can only remember having had one single outage in the last 3 years (runs rock solid).
For an additional ~30 NZD/month I could upgrade to 1gbps connection, but don't really see the point in it as most webservers wouldn't be able to push me data at that speed anyway.
