Thanks to all of you guys that responded. Have it all working now. The problem was mostly the list of the library paths, which I had simply forgotten about. This solved 90% of the problems. I had also forgotten to transfer one system32 .bpl file. Reinstalling Indy and one other package solved the other two problems. I even remembered to change all the .dsk files.
Overall, "sneaking" the packages over sure beats trying to install them over again. I think it's faster and safer, actually. Glad it's done.
