\attachGraces #1/4 c4 \grace {\once \override NoteHead.style = #'harmonic \once \hide Stem \parenthesize c8 \once \override NoteHead.style = #'harmonic \once \hide Stem \parenthesize c8} I expect you could get something more eloquent by using doing the overrides without the \once and using \revert at the end of the grace notes to continue with normal noteheads and stems, but Denemo doesn't have any commands to do that. It does not seem trivial to modify the current denemo after grace command to achieve the positioning of these overrides, I've filed a bug report.
