Hi,

I asked this once before, and think I've been patient. If no one has hints
for setting up a private server, can anyone recommend another product like
denyhosts which allows a private server?

Not me.  Have you thought about just doing a rsync between servers?

PS. Rsync won't work for sharing prefs between servers for what should
be obvious reasons.
