The DenyHosts FAQ says that the server component's not public, although it 
can be licensed. If you want to go that route, I'd suggest attempting to 
contact Phil again.

On the other hand, it shouldn't be too hard to replicate that 
functionality locally. A central machine that cats together 
/etc/deny.hosts from a number of different machines, uniqs it, and then 
puts it on a web page for cronned wgetting and processing wouldn't be too 
hard to script. You might lose a little timeliness, but I don't know what 
your inbound load looks like. I'm only seeing a few a day across about 40 
IPs, so doing that every 6 hours would work well for me.
