Hi,

What happens (or is meant to happen) then I install the rpm?

I downloaded: DenyHosts-2.6-python2.3.noarch.rpm

Ran: # rpm -i DenyHosts-2.6-python2.3.noarch.rpm

There were no error messages, so I assume it installed.

How do I know it's running?

What more do I need to do?

I read the FAQ on the web site, but it was not clear what you need to do
with the current version.

Most of the time when I run an rpm install, I assume that the
application will be installed and set running.

If did a #ps -A and found no mention of denyhosts.

Cheers Don
