No report needed, the above is usually a message you get when the server 
is undergoing changes, this happens occasionally and in the long run 
you'll see messages like the above several times -- nothing to worry 
unless they start repeating constantly.

The outage didn't last long, on my side I didn't even saw it (normal 
sync every hour).
