Attaching derby-6945-23-aa-upgradeToAnt_1.10.2.diff. This patch makes two
changes:
1) Requires Ant version 1.10.2 (the latest version) in order to compile derby.
I was in the middle of adding module descriptors but I couldn't compile them
because my old version of Ant (1.9.2) does not support the module-path switch.
Version 1.10.2 supports this switch.
2) Corrects a build regression I had introduced which kept regenerating the
nast1.jar test file.
This will be a disruptive checkin because it forces developers to upgrade to
Ant 1.10.2.
Tests passed cleanly for me.
Touches the following files:

Updates the build instructions to note that the build requires Ant 1.10.2 or
later.

Aborts the build if the Ant version is stale.

M java/testing/build.xml
Stops compiling nast1.jar.
