Great! IMHO, if anyone feels something is creative work, it should have
the header, so thanks for nailing the message files as well.

Now that I've got some experience with these tools, I'll start knocking off the
files in the code tree, starting with network server and client.
What about the message properties files? Those certainly seem to qualify as
'creative works' to me. Unless I hear any objections, I'll make sure that the
message properties files get the license header as well.
