Attachment: derby-2143-v1.diff
Attaching a patch with updated translated messages for the current 9 languages,
and introducing new translation for 4 new languages: Czech, Hungarian, Polish,
and Russian. I intend to commit these new/changed files shortly, minus the
Brazilian Portuguese changes, since Halley has already translated most of the
error messages for pt_BR. Including the changes in the diff file here in case
there is interest in reviewing the changes our translators made.
