Thanks for all the heavy-lifting, Andrew! I have attached a change which
updates the Supported Territories section of the Reference Guide:
1) Adds the new languages to the list
2) Alphabetizes the list since it's now impressively longer
If these look ok, I'd like to commit them to the trunk and to the 10.2 branch.
