Hi Kim - 

The updates look really good. I noticed something that I hadn't noticed before. 
When we use note=type important, it adds a > symbol in front of the note.  This 
might be something for us to look at with the new version of the DITA toolkit.

I'll commit these changes.  Thanks for ALL of your hard work on these files !
