Actually, I started the processing back in December [1] and completed some of the checklist; and I doublechecked the files in the zip files Manjula uploaded to DERBY-2134 today to make sure the ASF header is in place. I believe this is "done" now except for the vote -- unless any other PMC member spots a problem.
