Kim Haase updated DERBY-1662:
-----------------------------

    Derby Info: [Patch Available]

Getting Started: revised "Using the Derby tools and startup utilities" to
describe three ways to run the tools. (cgsusingtoolsutils.html)

Admin Guide: Revised "Starting the Network Server" (tadmincbdjhhfd.html) to
describe all three ways to do this. Added information from "Altering the
startNetworkServer script" and "Starting the Network Server without using the
script" (tadminconfigalteringthestartnetworkserverscr.dita and
tadminconfig814934.dita) to this topic and removed these two files.

Logically, perhaps, the topic "Shutting down the Network Server" should be
restructured the same way. I can do that if you think it makes sense.

> The documentation for ij in the Tools Guide only describes how to start ij
> the old way. It should also describe how to start it using derbyrun.jar.
> I wonder if the same is true for the other tools, although I haven't
> investigated.
