+1 on forcilbly setting the single property :-) as described.
probably also need to ensure that the policy file is coming from the
derbynet.jar that is actually running.
but it doesn't close the hole.
the hole really exists when someone uses a modified version of the template
policy file and continues to use these properties for the codebase.
Derby should not be recommending a policy file that has the potential to such
an attack.
