Drat.  When I got ready to commit, I decided to do svn update one last time.. 
All of the updates that
you made in Derby-1920 came through and I had a conflict with the ditamap file. 
 I reverted the file, 
thinking that it would fix the problem and then I simply added the new file for 
1520 back in.
I'll reopen the issue and try to figure out how to fix this.  Thanks for 
catching this :-0
