1) There is only one copy of the Derby, there are two "exe" files which needs
to be installed. Derby jar you can find in the <installation
directory>/plugins/ae.sphere.arena.database.common
2) Its not always the same table, its very random.
You may not get the files using browser but you can use either command prompt
or any FTP client software to get this.
Also its very difficult to repro it using standard java program.
