1) I find two. I'm asking because I'm wondering if a class loader issue could 
be the cause. That is very hard for me to understand, since I don't know your 
software.

2) Okay, so the corruption happens to different tables/indexes.
    I also notice that running SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_CHECK_TABLE doesn't detect the 
corruption (at least in my case).

Regarding the FTP issue, BulletProofFTP (a standalone FTP client) couldn't see 
the files. Maybe the FTP server software is a bit peculiar...
