I am fairly sure that the SanityManager.DEBUG works on insane builds and in
that case, it just is set to false.
I say this because I took the liberty of running just this suite against an
insane build and the test was correctly skipped (I added some output to the
test's constructor and this output would show with a sane build but not with an
insane one).
I am nonetheless running the whole derbyall and suites.All on an insane build
just to be sure. Both suites did however pass on a sane build (after that
little hiccup on derbyall last night, which as you suggested I'll post as an
issue).
