I don't know that much about these test runs, but I do observe that we
had a similar incident a week ago [1], and further that we had similar
incidents further back in time.

DERBY-4221: Checking in localizations for 10.5.

The 10.5 run also picked up DERBY-4221 but doesn't seem to run with
Vista. Mamta is this what you were seeing? Do you run Vista?
If anyone has a clue what's going on let me know.
