A little more information. I see that the repo1.maven.org repository has
directories for the following projects, which are not present in the proposed
repository:
apache
derby
felix
jdo
openejb
rat
shindig
wink
xmlrpc
Maybe someone pushes artifacts from people.apache.org to repo1.maven.org and
the extra projects have some other backdoor arrangement with the maven
repository.
