Attaching derby-5879-06-aa-doNotTranslate.diff. This patch addresses issues
with message strings which should not be translated, and with strings which
should be translated but which appear as untranslatable literals to the
translators. I am running regression tests now.
In general, the translators think that they should not translate words which
appear in ALL CAPS or camelCase. This convention is not unique to this team of
translators but appears to have been observed by some (but not all) previous
translators of the Derby messages, as can be seen by inspecting the current
localizations.
Changes made by this patch fall into the following major categories:
1) Conversion between ALL CAPS and regular casing.
2) Conversion between camelCase and regular casing.
3) Addition of comments.
4) Deletion of unused messages.
