Attaching derby-5832-01-ab-newTranslations.diff. This rev addresses some test
failures raised by the previous rev of the patch. Tests pass cleanly for me on
this second rev.
Because I had to make changes to iepnegativetests_ES.out, I suspect that
corresponding changes may need to be made to
j9_foundation/iepnegativetests_ES.out by someone who runs tests on j9.
