While fixing the font would be ideal in the long run, I don't think it will be an easy task... specially if the following step is to produce a cover for languages with *stacked* diacritics: the task of fixing the font will be looooong. I cannot think of a sans serif font replacement that I *really* like. SIL have a couple of them: http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&cat_id=FontDownloads I'll test them soon.
