Hi Charles, just got your message ... I hope its not way to late. The remaining question is, what kind of logo is required for the shirts (e.g. PNG or EPS or ..., resolution, color vs. grayscale vs. black/white). Anything preferred?
I've prepared two SVG versions of the split logo (grayscale and color) which are available in SVG in the conf logo package: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/File:Conf-logo.zip Please tell us if you need something (more) special.
