Hi All - Just sent an email but not sure if it went through so here it goes again. I'm addressing this bug https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90214, in summary, the ruler color scheme is unusable with dark themes.
I've changed the color to a gray color instead of black but I need review: http://imgur.com/a/gXbZz I was expressly recommended not to make the color dependent on light/dark theme so it should be the same color. Hopefully this one works. Opinions appreciated.
