Usual communication channels are also chat tools (whatsup, threema, telegram, signal), messanger (twitter, facebook, g+, diaspora) and business networks (xing, linkedin), maybe also the picture platforms... Perhaps it makes sense to have a dynamic dialog with high flexibility. Sorry for the late reply.
